I called them up to let them know my pay day dates changes and that it would be changed in the system, however saw that my payment was taken out after it was all clear. What joke of a company I have never missed a payment and they still don't care about getting things updated.

I wasn’t too pleased at first because I had my identity stolen and that information be used to get an apartment. I had faxed in the paper work they requested and didn’t hear back from them. It’s my fault for assuming that it was handled but a year later it wasn’t. I called Amber at the office and she helped me get everything straightened out within a day. The girls answering the phones at the beginning could be a little nicer but Amber was great.

I've been using Kirk Cullimore for the last 11 years for collections, and evictions. They are always extremely helpful, offer the best advice, and are wonderful to work with. Thanks Dave, Kirk, Amanda, and Brenda for being so awesome!

Seems all the 5 star reviews are from those who work for them. I am 62, moved into a larger place after my mom being diagnosed with dementia. Two months early but left it very clean! This office avoids telling you court dates, or getting papers to you until after the fact! I advised them that I did not mind paying but here we are 2444.00 later with interest everyday. $600 a month coming out of my pay. Might as well just quit my job!

Worst place ever and rude people. They stole money from me

I have worked with the office of Kirk Cullimore for 3 years now and they are amazing! The office staff and attorneys there are knowledgeable, quick to answer all of my questions, and help me understand the forever changing laws. I especially love Rael, Amber, Brenda, and Mishawn in the office.

If you are a "client" for this legal firm, of course you'll give them 5 stars. If your a person who happened to rent from one of "their clients", zero stars are appropriate. They don't care who "their clients" are and how they deal with people. They undermine and intimidate defendants of "their clients", hey, as long as they get paid from their clients, it's all good to them. The fine was paid in full to this law firm for a lease violation, (first offense and without a warning given), from a mother who has 3 young children, yet "their client" locked the mother and children out without proper notice. "Their Client" still refuse to let them in to retrieve important paperwork, a few clothes for the children, get some food (& throw out old), turn off anything that may have been on, (lights, etc), as well as locking in an animal (approved by "their Client") for nearly a week. The Mother and Children were gone over the weekend and came home to Eviction Notice Posted and Locked Out. This attorney's office didn't try to help her with this huge hardship that "their client" created for this young family ...even after the mother called them asking questions as to what is going on. She paid the fine ...yet "their client" still refuses to let them back in until it's convenient for them. The Mother did ask "their Client" to please let her get their domestic animal out of apartment several times and "their Client" finally responded being "told" she could not enter her place and someone would retrieve the animal for her. The animal was finally given to her and very distressed. The person who retrieved animal plus "thier Clients" refused to get food and other for this pet. This mother has had to buy a few clothes for the children as it's been well over a week of her being locked out. Cullimore's "Client" still refusing to let her in to pack and leave. After mother made numerous calls to "their Client" they finally told her that she could enter at the end of month and has to pack and move out in less than one day, during their business hours only!!! This mother is not a criminal nor committed any criminal act & takes responsibility of violating 1 incident within "their Clients" lease. This attorney and staff don't care nor do they care that "Their Client" is doing these things as the Mother tried to bring this to their attention. It'll be interesting to see whether this mother of 3 young children will be charged for a additional rent, based on locking her out for close to a month & making her wait until months end to move out. Can you think of what's going to happen next...? Yes, most likely this law office will be involved again because it's "Their Client" they represent and not caring about "their clients" activities... yet they call themselves "(law)yer's". They should at least have a conscience of who they represent as "their Clients" as well being willing to answer questions from people willing to & have paid them. This law firm represents "Clients" who are deceitful, rude, & unethical and since they represent them, they themselves are practicing the same.

Dishonest, and sleazy. Just out to make a buck on someone else’s hard work.
