My encounter with this despicable establishment left me both disgusted and appalled at their ruthless tactics. First and foremost, Cullimore Law Offices proved themselves to be heartless and merciless when it comes to evicting innocent tenants. Instead of providing a fair and just legal process, they engage in underhanded maneuvers that aim to forcibly remove individuals from their homes. The carelessness and indifference displayed by their team is beyond reproach. Renters beware: Cullimore Law Offices will stop at nothing to put you out on the street. Their blatant disregard for the hardships caused to families and individuals is truly concerning. Rather than valuing the sanctity of people's homes and ensuring a just resolution, they opt for an approach that favors intimidation and a complete disregard for decency. What is perhaps most disturbing is Cullimore Law Offices' complete lack of compassion for the vulnerable members of our society. They unapologetically operate without any sense of social responsibility, showing no regard for those who may be left homeless as a result of their actions. It is truly disheartening to witness a law firm that profits from the misery and displacement of innocent people. Furthermore, their unethical practices are reflected in their treatment of clients. Throughout my dealings with them, I encountered nothing short of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Their unresponsiveness, delays, and general lack of transparency only added insult to injury in an already distressing situation. It is clear that their primary concern lies not in helping those in need, but rather in boosting their own bottom line. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone who may find themselves in need of legal assistance regarding wrongful evictions to steer clear of Cullimore Law Offices. Their callous and ruthless approach, coupled with a flagrant disregard for the well-being of the public, is nothing short of abhorrent. It is imperative that we discourage the use of such unscrupulous firms and instead support those who genuinely strive for justice and compassion.

I would give negative reviews on them. Very unprofessional. Very expensive law firm, they would charge you a lot more than other firms, and basically do nothing. I would not recommend using them.

I was served an eviction notice that did not contain the case number or judge name. It seems shady, like they were sabotaging my right to file an answer.

This company is the worse they illegally keep garnishing my checks and when I call the office I get absolutely NO respond!!! Horrible!!

Horrible people! Isn't Cullimore on the State senate? Hmmmm..that explains all of the crooked dealings from this office that they get away with. Shame on everyone who works in this office! But, they don't care.

Me and my ex were out of work in our last month of our lease at Remington Apartments, we told them we were going to move out and let them know we will be back in a month to pay the last month of rent. Well Remington went straight to these guys I now owe $7000 for a $700 late rent. I'm a bill collector, and I can't even charge fees like this. I personally think their practices are suspect and I think I may speak with another attorney to see if what they are doing is legitimate. If I were anyone else on here I would go to their office in person request all files pertaining to your judgement, total fees that have accrued, amounts still outstanding, and any other documentation available. No system is infallible, and if they are breaking the law in any way or over charging for fees that is a big problem for them.

If there was a way to give it negative stars, I 100% will make sure when you contact them you’re also recording the call they don’t record the calls when certain people speak to you and feel like they can talk to you however but once you let them know you’re recording the call, they will hang up most unprofessional company, and they claim to be a law office. The incompetence from the ladies that work there are at all time high. They cannot answer any questions and want money, but cannot provide information that you’re asking to verify or validate anything. They will also illegally continue to garnish you after they’ve been notified from a court order to stop. I have proof, I am seeking legal action against this law office for misconduct and negligence and having them investigated. 🙂

This law firm has no reservation about evicting someone who is dying from cancer when they were LESS than 30 days overdue. It may have been legal but definitely unethical.

These people are just as shady as Holt Property Management. They don't care about helping people, they care about stuffing their pockets with cash. Kirk Cullimore you fit very well in the political field, lying and cheating the people.
