Very very easy to work with.

I've never been more angry or upset at anyone like I have these people. I seriously don't know how they sleep at night and I hope the can't. I moved out of an apartment 2 months early, broke lease. This collection agency settle out at 5500. For 2 months, no damage down. Well after making payments for over 3 years they have still decided to make a judgment on me. So after paying $2000+ Off $5500, my credit score now shows I owe $4000. Where in the hell are these numbers coming from? These people are bully's and I will be reporting to the bbb because they are liars and cons and if I believed in hell I'd see them all there surely. Still asking me for $5500. So now they next 7 years I will be living like crap. No car, can't get a place to live... All because I moved out 2 months early when I was 18...

I have contacted the Utah Bar Association about these "people" hopefully they get what is coming to them.

They suck, Staffs are horrible. Don't ever recommend to this law office. Specially Michalle and Lindsey are horrible. They literally yelled at to us. They are rip off. Never ever seen customer service like that. They are there to make money not to make customer happy. They care about money. Kirk, you need to do something about your employees. They suck.

I called trying to settle my account and come to an agreement but the person I spoke with instead of talking rationally started yelling at me calling me names for mistakes I made when I was younger, which I am trying to make up for now. I have never been called such mean things. I hope you start training your employees better, to be able to approach things in a calmer and more professional manner. I have never been called such horrible things. He was telling me how tough it is to live on a paralegal salary, we'll no its not paralegals in Utah make 41,000 a year. We make 23000 a year and they are taking 50% of my husbands checks. So who is having a hard time living here, not him. We are on one income with 3 babies, two in diapers, and one on formula. So when you take 50% of our money you are taking food out of my kids mouth and clean diapers off their butts. So who really has it hard here? I tried to be civil, you chose to be mean and call names. This office is scum who only wants money from us little people. How can you live with yourself when you are making us homeless?

I know lawyers (liars by definition) don't have a great reputation, but these guys are the reason that is so. Whoever is writing these good reviews must be employees of theirs. FYI- 1 star because I was forced

Kirk Cullimore is by far the best legal representative I have ever had the opportunity to work with! He and his staff have helped me through a handful of legal matters I've found myself in the middle of, and they handled each situation in a very timely and professional manner. I'm very satisfied with their service.

These guys do more than collect debts. They wait as long as they can to build interest and without a word a garnishment hits you for 5 times more than your debt. Let me repeat 5 times more than your debt. I don't think this could be legal. I almost lost my place and could barely feed myself. They charged me almost 7000 dollars for a fix that my security deposit should have covered and a couple months rent. 7000 thousand dollars!!! They garnished my wages at 25% and acted like I had paid nothing when they offered me a "one lump sum" offer. I settled it and they are still going after my ex.

They were very unprofessional, I would never use this law firm for any complex cases!!! Worst Lawyers Ever, Barclay (9127) is a horrible person!!!!
