Used this firm for years and have always been pleased with the speed of service and great representation they have provided. I would surely recommend the legal services of Kirk A Cullimore to anyone who is looking to be represented. Always professional and always reliable.

This Law Firm does such illegal activities that you would never want to be associated with them. Most of what they do is intimidation and harassment which brings no monies to clients nor does it ever get money from clients. They run their operation without using legal servers, they don't following government housing regulations, etc. So if you really want to be a client landlord, look out - your name is on that pleading. You may accomplish have a tenant move but you are in danger of an expensive civil law suit and the complaints against Cullimore are reaching the Federal Housing Agency. Use a reputable firm, just walk away from this one.

probably the worst people I've dealt with. I have been trying to make payment arrangements with these people and they are by far the most ruthless and predatory out there. they make you wait for extensive periods of time and don't bother to try and work with you. I find it hard to believe these people are in business, one look in their office and you can't tell that you're in a law office more of a rinky dink outfit.

RUDE, I have no other word to describe the level of service that I was offered. Long wait times and exceptionally rude receptionists. I call for information and all I get is a long wait, then followed by we will see when we can get to it. I quote "I sent it, it can take up to two weeks" For an email. I assure you if an email takes that long, then there is a problem and internal investigation of the mal practice that this company does is outrageous!

For what it is they were pretty understanding and accommodating. It is never fun to realize you owe someone money, but they made to process as painless as they could.

This law office has been so understanding and has been willing to work with me. It may depend on who you talk to, but with my experience they were there for me.
