Kirk garbage. Covid eviction pro. I was moved out and somehow this slime ball charged me x3 the amount owed. Office was closed. I hated talking to everyone there. They are used to people calling in being rude so they talk down to you. I hope he moves to Afghanistan. I will make sure he understands he is a slime ball profitting off evictions.

Usually I don't have any issues with them, but I am currently sitting in their office at 8:26am. They opened at 8:00am, and no one is here?? I've rang their bell multiple times, and its like everyone is going to come in at another time. Also when I called their automated system says they are closed but open at 8am M-F?? What is the deal, if you aren't going to be in til later change your company's time. Now I am wasting mine sitting here.Very disappointed this is extremely unprofessional.

I called them to set up a payment arrangement after they sent a letter to my dad in CALIFORNIA. They wouldn't just set one up over the phone, saying they had to email me some documents which they never sent myself or my husband. They waited almost SEVEN years to try and contact me, then they served me so they could get more money. Worst company to try and work with.

If you ever get on a payment plan with these guys, make sure your bank does not stop the payment on accident you will get garnished and they will not work with you. These guys are a joke! Now I can't pay my own bills so thank you for putting my family on the street over an old apartment that we thought was taken care of.
