Certain it is that this firm loves to evict, followed by judgments, debts etc.etc. Just imagine how many families and individuals are homeless in this GREAT STATE OF UTAH because of this law firm. And does it dawn on anyone that junior is a Utah State Government Official ? IN CLOSING... IF YOU WANT TO KILL SOMEONE AND GET AWAY WITH IT.......MAKE THEM HOMELESS.

A lot of positive reviews on here are from landlords or property managers. I am a tenant who was evicted 15 months ago. I just paid off my total balance, over $4000, and I wanted to share my experience. I was in extremely difficult financial situations for most of the last year and a half. Their staff have embodied professionalism and empathy every step of the way. Once I nearly cried on the phone with them because I was so worried about paying my other bills. They worked with me repeatedly and honestly to move or split payments without me breaking the agreement, and understood that while I was mad about the situation, I was not mad at them. The last year could easily have been a complete hell. It wasn't. As someone with social anxiety, I knew that I could call them, explain my situation, and they would genuinely go the extra mile to help. I got better customer service from a law office collecting a debt than from the vast majority of companies where I chose to be a customer. Be honest with them, to a fault. Remember that they only work with the information they are giving. And above all, remember that they are people, not "the lawyer that wants my money" and they are happy to help you any way they can. To anyone from the office reading this, please know that your understanding and help got me through some very dark times. Thank you.

Staff was extremely rude, loosing everything I own in an apartment I couldn’t afford, won’t even let me talk, kept cutting me off and ended up hanging up on me. Very unprofessional, seems like they treat people who are in a rough spot with no money like they are less than a human being. Very very very disgusting the way they do business.

Says they've been in contact with me, but haven't... I got a letter in the mail (from my work-NOT the law offices), saying that these law offices were going to start garnishing my wages just TWO days before the paycheck to be garnished... Went into the law offices - seeing as how I had no idea who these people were, to find out why they - out of no where & WITHOUT any notice decided, that they - had the ability to garnish my already small paychecks by 25%! Saying I owe money to an apartment I've never lived @ from over a year ago.... And yet I've lived @ my same house (NOT apartments mentioned in the letter) address for over 6, in fact almost 7yrs now... In fact.... When I informed the law offices about this pretty crucial fact, I in addition told them that, in fact - my home had been through 2 robberies in the past 2yrs....allot of my property (including a car each time) was stolen, & all my cards & personal information compromised....----the law offices responded with "well I'm sorry to hear that-bc you're still responsible to pay the debt unless you can prove otherwise".... So---- I of course followed up with asking how can I do that and I'll do that right now-neighbors testimony/utility bills in my name/pictures/etc-please tell me and I'll take care of it right now..... To which the law offices said, "I can't advice you on how to accomplish that-you'll have to hire your own council bc we represent the apartment complex in this matter".... Um----ok, well I wasn't asking for your legal advice... I'm asking for what I am required to do in order to prove that I'm a victim of identity theft and not ok with having my paychecks randomly garnished for someone else's debts. The lady was the definition of "avoiding a direct answer to ANY question" and I have a feeling that this isn't the first time they've garnished someone's paycheck without ANY prior communication or verification of the debts validity... So ya, I'm DEFINITELY going to court on this one--i refuse to be strong armed into paying for my identity thieves debts...
