Nathan Croxford at Voyant Legal walked us through all of the steps to set up our family trust and help with our estate planning. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions and following through with populating the trust after it was set up. I feel confident that our estate will transfer easily with minimal legal problems when the time comes.

Mike was very patient with us as he set up our family trust, will and an asset protection trust. Everything was explained thoroughly and professionally. He was very detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile to insure all of our concerns (and more) were completely taken care. He billed us EXACTLY what he said he would. The binder he presented us with at completion is easy to read and very thorough. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOYANT LEGAL TO ANYONE!!

Helping my grandma update her will could have been so hard with her slight dimensia problem but voyant legal made everything go so smoothly and they made complicated lingo easy to understand and they helped us make sure we didn't overlook or leave out anything important- and most of all I appreciated how kind and friendly and professional they were. My husband and I were able to do a trust with Haslam law and it has been a really positive experience. We have young twin boys and we couldn't always find a babysitter. They were always willing to work with us and more than kind to us and our boys.

We have needed to do some estate planning and build a trust for our kids for quite some time. One of our children has speical needs so we wanted to make sure we accounted for his needs as well. Michael walked us through all our options, explained clearly the pros/cons of each and put together an extremely thorough plan for us. For the things we needed/wanted to do ourselves (e.g., funding the trust) he provided us some easy to follow up instructions on how to do it. Carson (his paralegal) was available and followed up with us regularly to answer questions and check on our progress. All in all a great experience.

In wanting our children to not have the hassles of probate, etc. upon our passing, we sought to create a Will and Trust. We met attorney Michael Haslam at an evening seminar and were impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. Our situation is a bit complicate with property and assets, but Mr. Haslam knew just what was needed, had great advice, and worked diligently on completing a very detailed and thorough document. We had met with 2 other attorneys but were more impressed with Mr. Haslam, and his costs were lower. We can also make changes/updates to our Will and Trust as needed every few years without additional cost. He is very respectful, personable and kind, and well as young (he will out live us!), , which are all important to us in dealing with our family in the future. His staff is top notch as well, with great follow through, I refer Haslam Law at every opportunity.
