I participated in a focus group, with Feller and Wendt acting as a third party. I’ve participated in various groups over the years and this is definitely the best experience I’ve ever had. All the staff were very polite and professional. During the actual focus group, the attorneys actually seemed to care about us as individuals, more than just people helping them see perceptions of a case. This made it a lot easier for all of us to share our honest opinions.

I was part of a focus group, and don't get me wrong everything went well with the focus group, and they seem like they could be decent attorneys, but at the end of the Zoom call, they asked us to leave them a 5 star review and if we did, they would award us with $20 amazon gift cards. I feel like that is completely dishonest, seeing how the focus group has nothing to do with the clients that they represent. So I decided to leave a one star review to counteract the 5 star reviews that they bought. I hope that my negative review will discourage them from petitioning reviews with bribes in the future as they otherwise seemed to an okay organization in my limited experience with them.
