Mr Howard accepted my retainer ($2000) two years ago. He did not perform on retainer. Only gave one email update after my many consecutive promptings via email and phone calls. I was referred to Mr. Brad Henderson by another attorney that felt Mr. Henderson would be the best fit for my Federal Criminal case. I was extremely pleased to meet with Mr. Henderson and hired him immediately to take on my difficult case during a very difficult time period in my life. He started right on my case the second I left his office. In fact, i had an upcoming hearing to be at, but my previous divorce attorney withdrew from my case, which left me to appear in court pro se for my defense, Mr. Henderson's partner offered to appear on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of, even though this was not even their case. His partner also checked on me in person on my court date hearing and was willing to stay to represent me to make sure I was not alone. The partnership this firm exhibits is amazing! Mr. Henderson is a very confident, extremely knowledgeable and passionate attorney, who has his clients best interest in mind at all times. He always listened to me and my requests, kept me informed at all times, and provided the upmost integrity in his representation of me. Mr. Henderson worked extremely diligently with starting with Federal charges against me, then pending State charges, and finally got them all dismissed for me in the end. My case did not drag out as he jumped right in, negotiating with the prosecuting attorney, and pushed for the ultimate outcome I could get. I always knew what was happening with my case, as he kept me informed of every action, asked for my consent before opposing anything, and even eliminated me to appearing in court, which reduced a tremendous amount of stress on me. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Henderson and his Firm to represent any type of defense cases you have, as I have full faith and confidence that he will not let you down, as he didn't me. Even though I did not foresee a great outcome in my case, Mr. Henderson stepped up, surprised me and provided his due diligence in my representation with a favorable outcome. I will always be grateful to Mr. Henderson as a valued, amazing attorney, and will not ever hesitate to hire him for any defense I may need in the future (hopefully never have to again), but I wouldn't hire anyone else, and neither should you!!! Brad has helped us to work through some tricky situations that required more than just an understanding of the law. His advice included how to negotiate with potential competitors and how to put together a strategy for the future. When he thought something could be handled more effectively without attorney involvement, he let us know and gave us some tips on how to handle the situation. He has some good resources at the firm so when you hire Brad you also get the collective experience of their group.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stephen Howard for your criminal defense Attorney. A family member was facing overwhelming 2nd degree felony charges and Stephen fought hard and we got the charges reduced to class A misdemeanors which carries a 0 - 1 year sentence. Whereas a 2nd degree felony conviction carries a 1 - 15 year sentence in Prison. Thank you Stephen you saved our family from years of turmoil.
