Almost seems like people here really dont care about your interests. When I confronted them, she said "I dont know what to tell you" basically men cant have a fighting chance

I hired Emily for my divorce. She was good with that area of the law. When my spouse died I no longer needed her for my divorce. However I asked her to do what needed to be done for probate and getting things and money returned from the thieving girlfriend. Eight months and $16,000 later Emily told me she didn’t know what she was doing and found me a new lawyer. I would not use Emily again.

be careful. she was the gal in my case and knew my ex lied to her and to the court and she did nothing about it. I even confronted her and she just shrugged her shoulders.

I never needed to hire Emilie Bean. For my divorce, we went through mediation and then I ran my proposed decree by her before settling on it. She helped give some good advice. When it came time to address some criminal things that occurred with my ex, she was very busy and could not accept my case, but she did help in those early stages and helped prevent a very expensive divorce. I felt like she really cared about me.

Emilie was amazing at helping me cut through the red tape in a small town after I got an un-due ticket. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
