Since working with Casey Hoyer and his incredibly talented team I have been very impressed with their ability to help me navigate through hard life situations. Casey brings unique experience having been both a lawyer and a judge and I appreciate the confidence that I feel when working with him. He is a straight shooter as well as a good person (I can say the same for all members of the team I have met so far).

Although I do not usually do online reviews, I have chosen to do this particular one because of the treatment of this Law Firm that I've received and the true honorable effort that was put into my case. In my own honest and unabated words I will state that Casey Hoyer is by far the most dedicated, focused,and driven law attorney I have had the privilege to have represent me. I have needed many legal representatives in the past,(unfortunately), and I am here to say that I have NEVER taken ANY case to trial because I never felt comfortable with the counsel representing me. Not so in this last(and final) case! I was happily represented and completely satisfied with Mr.Hoyer's efforts and litigation. In short...if you are reading this and need any legal representation, I highly recommend Hoyer Law Firm. You will not find a harder working,sincerely focused,or more enthusiastic Law Firm. Personable, professional and responsive to questions and concerns.

I was going through a divorce about 3 years and had no idea what I was doing. My ex took my daughter and moved to Cedar City while I was at work. I googled lawyers in the area and met Casey in person. Seemed like he was rooting for the good dads out there and was going to be on my side. After $10K and a couple of meetings with him and many emails, we were nowhere. Never talked to him after the initial meeting and one court meeting. I got another lawyer, a family friend luckily. He looked at the paper work that Casey submitted to the court and asked me “do you want to give up all decision rights (religion, medical decision, schools, etc.) to your ex?!” I said of course not!! I thought we were going for equal rights on decisions and as much parent time as I could get with the distance between us. Well apparently Casey was not on my side after all. I have all emails and court docs (because I shared with my other lawyer for advice while I was working with Casey) on file still between Casey’s team and me. So I was a real client. This is a warning to good fathers/mothers that want what’s best for their child and themselves. With my new lawyer, things were completed in 2 months and worked out best for both parties. I wasn’t dragged along to keep paying for every single email and call so he made a buck. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt like I needed to write this one. My lawyer actually said I should get a refund because of the lack of work that was done by Casey’s team. But I was done, because all I wanted was my time with my daughter and I got it!!

Amazing and kind staff. They reassured me every step of the way and actually got me results vs. the lawyer I had in the past. So grateful for this law firm. Casey Hoyer and Nanette Serrano are the best at family law!

I have generally been jaded toward both lawyers and the law, but Casey Hoyer is one of the most competent, honest, and capable lawyers I've worked with. He's highly knowledgeable with family law, and I've always felt like my case was in good hands.

Didn’t even know my name or case. Jus showed up the day of court to the easiest plea he could get. I went back on my own and got myself off probation and this guy still sends me a invoice.
