Spencer is fantastic to work with. I was really nervous to retain an attorney as I'd heard some horror stories about lawyers, but my experience with Employer Lawyer was nothing like those awful stories. Recently I met Spencer at an Employment seminar, where he was the keynote speaker. His speech was interesting, easy to understand, and conveyed Employment advice and legal standing for an employer. Last week, my company discovered ongoing theft, by my bookkeeper. I called Spencer and received very detailed legal advice for my company and the proper steps to take to terminate, document and protect our company. He even sent me the Utah Code on some of the issues to protect and inform my company. When I asked Spencer for his mailing address, so I could pay him for his time...he refused payment! Unusual in today's litigious world and hourly billing for an attorney. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone or any company that has simple to complex legal issues to protect yourself and your company legally.
