Dale Ellsworth is the best! I was so grateful to find him after a failed mediation and horrible experience with the first lawyer i retained who proved to be unprepared and overpriced. Dale worked quickly to catch up on the details of my case and got us to a fast resolution, avoiding going to court. Have and will continue to recommend Dale for anyone going thru a messy divorce.

Dale Ellsworth helped me through a difficult divorce. His counsel was very appreciated. He tried to get a resolution for me instead of dragging it out. I was able to get a fair divorce. He helped lower the alimony so that I could still have a life after the divorce. He was patient as we worked through the difficulties that were presented to us by the opposing counsel. He also was able to finalize negotiations in one day toward the end when it could have gone on for months. I was so glad to be done with the stress of it and come out with an agreement that I can live with. Thank you Dale!

Brett Anderson went above and beyond the call of duty excellent service at a flat fee even though there were multiple other court dates that were added. He was courteous and answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and I really thought he did a good job defending me even standing up for me in a particularly strange and annoying situation. He could have charged me more for all that easily but he stayed true to his word.
