He has this uncommon ability to make complicated issues understandable and even fun for all members of the family. He manages contention and uncertainty better than a therapist and this is a must dealing with an emotionally charged family trust! Chris Morgan has been wonderful in helping my parents establish a living trust to ensure they are cared for in their advanced years. He took time to listen to all of their questions, even during the initial free consultation, and gave excellent overviews of assisted living, nursing care, Medicaid, and other things that might apply to that kind of situation. As a family, we appreciated that he does extra research to best understand the latest laws and regulations about trusts and felt he gave us the most current and beneficial advice possible to protect my parents' interests. He responded in a timely way once the documents were being drafted and included any changes we had come up with. We appreciate that he makes house calls and made sure everyone was satisfied about the arrangements before the trust was finalized. He saw the whole process through in a very efficient and painless way. Chris is personable, funny, very easy to work with, and very reasonable in his fees.
