I used the services of ImmiVisa Law Group to process my EB1A application in December 2023. The application was approved by USCIS within 9 days (Premium processing paid for) - ironically, my EB2 NIW application handled by another firm 3 months prior was denied. ImmiVisa was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process, right from preparing the petition to encouraging me on how to improve meeting some of the weaker criteria. My application went from meeting 3 to a strong 7 of the criteria within 4 months. I would not have been able to do so without the help of Felipe Brino (my case attorney), Jacob Tuimaualuga and Komal Mehta (Success Manager). My special thanks to Michelle Tuimaualuga who diligently pointed out the strength and weaknesses of my case from the very beginning. The firm is definitely recommended.
