I'm a Californian who has a current valid doctors recommendation to use medical marijuana in California. The laws in Utah are not reciprocal. I was on vacation in Utah, in my hotel room, 10 at night, and I smoked a little joint in the bathroom before going to bed. The police arrived 30 minutes later claiming someone called them about a strong odor of marijuana coming from my room. I apologized for being the cause of their visit, cooperated with the police, and handed my meds over to them. The officers were very kind in return and gave me a citation. I was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and was facing a court date and misdemeanor conviction. Originally, I called and spoke with Yosef Sharifi who made me feel very comfortable and confident in their firm representing me out of state. But ultimately it was Joshua Baron who struck a deal with the DA for a plea in abeyance, which means no misdemeanor conviction; and he got the court to drop the fees for one of the charges too. I trust Josh and Yosef completely. They offered what I thought to be the best value for my money; it was a very fair price for the services they provided. I think the staff is very kind, professional, and attentive and feel they took really good care of me too. I give them my highest recommendation, pun intended. 5 Stars! Thanks again guys. 5/5 recommend to everyone. Very easy to work with and took care of me in the middle of a stressful situation. I was moving out of state for work and I needed someone to represent me when I was out of town focusing heavily on work. I was represented at all my court dates by Josh Baron, I was called before and after to keep me in the loop, and had a win in my case. I really didn't do anything for my case, sharifi and Baron literally did all the work giving me total peace of mind while I was out of town for 7 months.

I had some questions about a potential case. He took the time to answer my questions and he was very helpful. Very easy to get a hold of. I know that is something that is really annoying when you are trying to contact an attorney.
