Dale is a great attorney I know right, but he actually said and did everything he promised. Never gave me the run around I have been back for a couple of cases. I don't think I will ever go to any other lawyer again. If you want an honest assessment dale will tell u if u have a case or not.

Retained Dusten to file a complaint a previous attorney failed to comply within reasonable time. Dustin was slow at starting the complaint so I prepared a legal complaint drafted by me and claimed to re-drafted it 3 times, he only did once. Dusten does not provide monthly statements. Within the six page retainment document. He has a stipulated any time spent will be billed at least 15 minutes. Even if it was a voicemail or 1 minute call billed $93.75. He charged for most of the consultation that was included if paid by cash. He was retained for multiple reasons, one of he failed to comply to sue gov entities committed for egregious acts and omissions. Look elsewhere this firm does not have your best interest. his termination required to supply invoices from Court filings and constable fees he failed to comply, and failed to even inform me that it had been filed. Took him about 40 days to even provide a statement charged way too much on one minute phone calls. A new Attorney retained took on the case contingent looked it up and told me the file date and the response from the defendants.

Joshua did a great job handling multiple cases for my adult son and finding him an acceptable outcome. As a sponsor, Joshua kept us informed on hearings, outcomes, and translated from judge to parent language. I would recommend Joshua as an attorney to anyone!
