I just recently switched to Heather Seegmiller and she has made all the difference in my case. She jumped in with both fists and literally saved the case from falling apart. Heather Seegmiller is one of a kind Attorney ! She came dedicated, focused and even worked over the weekend to give me her all! What was going to be a catastrophe? Heather turned around and literally saved the case. She works extremely hard and is meticulous with details. Me and my family always talk about what miracle she has been!

After scheduling what I thought was a paid consultation that should have lasted 1 hour, I learned I was unknowingly scheduled into a 15 minute free consultation. Heather rushed through the consultation continually reminding me she was losing money every minute we spoke. Completely unprofessional, zero compassion, zero fighting skills & capability. If you need a bulldog of an attorney who is willing to fight for you, this attorney is not it. I had $23,000 I was prepared to give her just to start my case. Her loss.

ETA: It's a false last name. She was nearly an hour late to call me, and then proceeded to talk over me incessantly during our consultation, I could barely get a word in.

Heather was the 3rd attorney hired in a messy custody case. She is the only attorney that really invested her time in knowing the details of my situation. Heather looked at all angles of my case and was brilliant in finding strategies to move my case forward. Communications from both Heather and her assistant were timely, prompt and succinct (it’s difficult to find representation that communicates and keeps you well informed). I’m forever grateful for Heathers help in my family law case. I can say my heart is finally at peace. Thank you for helping me see this through.

Heather was truly a life saver. I was escaping an abusive marriage were minor children were involved. I'm not a native of Utah and needed to head back home to the Midwest for safety and support. It was a hard and tricky case, that honestly was both drug out (my ex's doing) and rushed in areas (by the system). In the end Heather was able to make sure that I had custody of my babies and we could stay in the Midwest. She made herself available pretty much 24/7 to me as well. Heather is very much an advocate for those truly in need and isn't afraid to fight for you.

SeegLawUtah was a great place to get the legal help I needed for my annulment. Heather and Marianne were both great to work with, easy to communicate with, and got things done quickly. They explained to me why things were happening and kept me updated on the proceedings of my case. If I needed help again, I would definitely return to them!

Heather has advised me on several issues. The most recent concerning the probate of my mother's estate. Her advice has saved me a lot of anxiety. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Amazingly helpful and responsive! I had a quite unusual motion that I was largely unsure where even to start trying to get solved, but Heather worked super hard and got a resolution both more effective and quickly than I guessed possible. She was very kind and explained every step through too, and so I just wish I could give a higher rating.
