Preston did a great job. I have nothing but respect for him. He makes every effort to get things done. The unfortunate part of patent and trademark registration is that you can spend a lot of money chasing rabbits, and the near automatic initial denial is costly and frustrating. But, that's nothing Preston has control of, and he says that from the beginning. He does his best to do a prior art search and business name search, but that's about all it seems he can do to hedge the bet that things will work out right. He did a great job helping me with the application, wording and rewording things. If you need trademarks or patents done, Preston is a great choice!
