I phoned in to get some information on whether that take certain cases and was left on hold 45 minutes never got to talk to anyone.

they helped some but took advantage of my 88 year old grandmother and then they wouldn't let her even talk to a lawyer even tho she already payed and would pay if more action was taken but they did nothing to help her or her family all they did was lie to her and take advantage of her.
