I was charged with a hopeless strict liability crime. Even though there was pretty much no way around the strict liability crime laws, Erin kept fighting and fighting. She was able to get my sentence down to pretty much a slap on the wrist. I had a previous lawyer who was ranked a "super lawyer" with a 10.0 rating here on avvo, but I fired him because he just charged a huge flat fee and then immediately tried to get me to plead guilty to my charges without actually trying to do any work. After I fired him, I hired Erin. I couldn't be happier with the hard work and persistence that Erin had in my case. I would definitely hire her again!
