Bearnson and Caldwell is a very professional law firm. We had a very positive experience working with them. Everyone is very friendly, personable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Aaron Bergman worked on our case and he is a smart attorney and developed a good strategy for our case. I heard Brad talk very condescendingly to my sister on the phone. (Not hard to overhear when the person is yelling)
He seemed extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Who yells and swears at their client when they are asking questions to understand the situation? (Someone who's office messed up, I guess).
I would not recommend him.
