Working with a lawyer is often not fun. This is because the legal process is confusing and lawyers often take more time and charge for extras... However, you never know. I love Chris's approach of trying to find a way to avoid court and keep the cost down. I have referred many client to him.

I was happy he had answered all of my questions I needed as far as stuff I had asked and we were able to get paper work done in a day even when both parties were not happy with some things he was able to talk to us and sort things out. We were dealing with a situation with a home we had rented and moved out from when we purchased our home. The land lord for the rental property over the next 3.5 months denied every applicant who applied for the home we were trying to fill the lease for and constantly made other unethical statements and various other wrong doings. We finally had had enough of them and knew they were in they wrong so we reached out to Chris who was a referral from our real estate agent. After meeting with Chris and giving him all the information he immediately let us know we had a strong case against the property manager and landlord. He drafted a letter to these individuals and within a week of receiving it they had rented out the home. I have no doubt without Chris and his legal expertise and letter to this property management company they wouldn’t have rented this property out but continue to bill us for the rent. He got the job done and did it for a great rate as well. He was easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks for everything Chris.

Amazing attorneys

i Just want to put this out there and i hope Wayne Caldwell you read this at a point in time. you are BY FAR THE WORST LAWYER IN CACHE VALLEY. you tend to actually (f) over you’re client’s more then help them. like not even a bad lawyer. THE (WORST) you honestly just should stop cause you’re doing nothing at all but in the end (fing) over you’re client’s even more that they already are in. (STOP AND READ THIS PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER IN CACHE VALLEY PLEASE DONT GO TO Wayne Caldwell) Go and actually get a lawyer who did there homework and actually cares about getting the help you need i definitely would recommend (Shaun L Peck) or (Brandon J. Baxter).
