Wayne developed a great strategy for defending my case and he had the patience and insight to wait until the case developed as he hoped even when I was impatient and wanted to move ahead faster than appropriate. I hired Wayne Caldwell to help me with several misdemeanor and felony charges in Logan. He got me the best possible outcome for my situation. I had multiple charges dropped and only had to pay a small amount in fines. With Wayne’s help, I was able to get my job and my life back. I live out of state but Wayne and Brittni kept me up to speed every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was call or email and I always received a quick response back. His fees were more than reasonable for the high quality of work I received. I would highly recommend Bearnson & Caldwell for any criminal matters in Utah.

Wayne is a great attorney if you like to throw away your money. He will do everything you ask him not to and will ensure the most length court proceedings to bleed you dry. Even after you fire him because he failed to do his job, he will send you a bill for almost double what you have already paid. Great waste of time and money. I’m surprised attorneys such as himself and Johnathan Thomas are still allowed to still practice law.

Completely unresponsive, called on the 21st and was told I would get a call back the following Monday. I called them back when they never called me and was told to wait again, and yet again never got a call back... Not what you want in a lawyer
