I worked with Derek and Health for my chapter 13 bankruptcy. They were great in the beginning but after a year it would take so much effort to try and get ahold of them. I had to file my own tax documents, I had to go to salt lake and file my discharge documents to close my case. I cant believe how unreliable they are. I would email, call, text and leave message and neither of them would call me back. I'm not sure if they are even still in business or not. I 100% would not recommend them.
