Jurhee Rice is a liar. She lied in court. If you hire her she could cost you more money because of legal fees associated with the lying. I know this from personal experience I had a case that she was opposing counsel she lied to the judge... I currently have 132 pages of documents to prove her lies. I am also in the process of filing an appeal. As a rebuttal to the response from the owner Ms Rice was not doing her job properly all attorney in this country should be being truthful. If the owner would like to sit down I will buy the audio disc from the hearing and bring it along with all 132 page pages and prove that she lied(committed perjury). I understand in all cases there has to be a party that loses but I also understand that attorney should be ethical. She again today lied and was the truthful information in her hands. I want to make it clear that I have not had business dealings with any of the other attorneys of this firm and this review is strictly a review of Jurhee Rice. Second rebuttal: I understand that attorney should zealously defend the client. However this should be done with the truth. Here is the oath every attorney t SSA keys to be admitted to practice law in the state of utah... “I do solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Utah; that I will discharge the duties of attorney and counselor at law as an officer of the courts of this State with honesty and fidelity; and that I will strictly observe the Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated by the Supreme Court of the State of Utah.” I need not point out lying to the courts is not discharging the duties with honesty and fidelity. For the owner to defend this lady without even seeing the evidence makes him foolish. Even my 12 year old would get both sides of the story before judging someone.

Ms. Olson helped me get approval on my green card petition. I've only met her once (because I no longer live in Utah) and we communicated through emails. She is knowledgeable, professional, extremely organized, and responsive. She is the type of attorney that makes you feel comfortable knowing that you can rely on her expertise, because she sincerely cares about her clients. I strongly recommend her services.
