I have had cause to use Jonathan on a couple of occasions, first for my original divorce case and more recently for a modification of that original case. Jonathan is professional and works with his client to achieve the best possible results. He gave me realistic outcome scenarios to my case and was able to achieve the best results possible in my case. I have found him to have a good working relationship with the other attorneys we have faced and had the calmness and professionalism required in emotional circumstances. I would highly recommend Jonathan G. Winn to anyone.

Jonathan Winn is a by far the best, most prepared quick-thinking Attorney that is out there. I have worked with several attorneys during my case but it wasn’t until Jonathan was brought on that I was truly given hope that things were going to work out. Other attorneys would tell me what I wanted to hear but Jonathan was the only one that had the courage to truly stand up for me and my kids. Within a very short amount of time after bringing him on my case (I’m talking three months), I received full custody of my two kids. Other attorneys told me, flat out that I would not get full custody and that I would just wast money trying. I get the feeling many of them looked at me as just another client or a “job” but Jonathan made me feel like he really cared and he backed it up with results that I was hoping and asking for. Parents who are drawn into family law matters rarely have positive experiences with, or opinions of, the lawyer representing the opposing side. In my dealings with Jonathan, I did always find him to be working in the best interest of my son. I appreciate that he did not try to cause any disruption or ill will between me and my ex. He always respected the rights that my ex had in regards to phone contact and visitation. Jonathan was effective and courteous in his discussions with both me and my ex. He sought to find common ground between both parties, and that was appreciated by both sides. He dealt with difficult issues in an emotionally calm and measured way. I would recommend him as a lawyer who will focus on the best interests of the child, listen to all involved, and work to maintain respect between the opposing parties.

Johnathan was a wonderful advocate for me and my children throughout my divorce/custody issues.
