Lukas responded to my inquiry about the situation at hand promptly. He took his weekend to look over the many documents I sent. And although my case was 1referred to another attorney, Lukas took the time to extend his condolences for my loss and making sure I understood what and why the decision to refer my case had neen made. I felt like I mattered and that my case has validity but due to the nature and extent of my claim it would require immediate and focused attention that they felt could be achieved with the referral. Thank you for taking the time to review my claim and for caring enough to refer me to someone they have worked who they felt could best help. And it is also followed up his email making sure that if there was anything they could do or if I had any questions it's not hesitate to call and I felt like that he meant that so if I ever have another issue I would definitely be inclined to contact Parker and McConkie.
