I am very please with the friendly and courteous staff at Mountain West Disability. They have been very patient and understanding with me. I would highly recommend them if you need assistance with your claim.

Very happy they helped me get on SSI. I couldn't be any happier especially they way I was treated and if I had any questions or concerns they were very helpful.

They were very pleasant, helpful, and quite informative. I had previously been warned (by others) about the amount of time it would take, before obtaining the decision we sought, from SSA; however, Mountain West Disability cut that time to less than 1/10th of what everyone had predicted!

I would like say that Mountain West Disability really goes to bat for you. They are always open to your concerns and questions. They help you ever step of the way to help you understand what is available to you. They even have people to help you navigate Social Security Disability Medicare to get the best coverage possible for you once you qualify. They will even be there for you if you have questions about health coverage if things need to be changed. I highly recommend them!

They are fantastic! But thinking procedure steps take way to long...the length of time is extemely time consuming with no results...but team is great. .

Well, 21 months after filing with Mountain West Disability I get word back from them that there is nothing they can do for me on my Medical Disability due to being ineligible. That is what Social Security told me 21 months prior but MWD said that we had a case against SS. All-in-All, because Social Security isn't grandfathered I lost 5 months of Social Security payments since I was eligible at 62 years old. MWD thanks for all the waiting, doctor analysis paperwork, and wondering I went through so you could see if I was working or drawing in any money for that time from any other sources. This was an easy answer for MWD to find out and they failed...SHAME ON YOU! Also, be prepared to pay MWD half of what ever you get from SS...IF, they win!

No communication, stuck with a lawyer that new nothing about my case nor did they have all the medical records than had the nerve after I got denied to call and say they wouldnt take my case to appeal like I was to blame haha. Already had a new lawyer and had my appeal before they called me to even tell me the outcome. Wasted a year of my time.

I cannot rate even half a star for these people. I would not recommend them for the life of me. They never even had an actual attorney speak with me in a 3 year period. When I had my federal hearing they sent a glorified paralegal to represent me. Her ineptitude cost me my case. Thank god I went to Ben Neilson from Davis county. They were able to help me pick up the pieces.

Mountain West Disability is helping me out a lot. Major kudos to my amazing case worker McKenzie and my hard working/fighting lawyer Ron Kramer. My experience with you since day one has been so easy for me, and I really appreciate that the both of you ARE on top of things to help me win my case. This place is the best!!!! They have been helping me fight for my disability for almost 3 years and have been extremely helpful. The people that work here are already friendly and make sure you understand where you are at in the process that you are going through. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of help with their claim.
