Derek and his team (especially Pam) were amazing to work with on the adoption of my son. Our situation required some additional “lawyering” and I’m so grateful for Derek’s ability to read and understand the law. I was able to feed him legal precedent and he was able to incorporate it—or reject it—from our case pretty quickly. It was such a pleasure working with you Derek and Pam. I highly recommend Derek.

Our adoption journey took us 9 years to finally receive our little miracle. Adoption is hard and also one of the greatest blessings. Derek Williams was an answer to our prayers, we could have never went through our experience without him. He is the most kind compassionate and caring man and truly cares about each of his clients personally. He was always there to encourage us and also be completely transparent and honest about our complicated adoption situation. We are so thankful for Derek and Pam in our adoption journey! Derek is so passionate about adoption; he even shared personal adoption stories with us. He was personable and professional during the process. He was available to answer any questions that came up and made sure everything was going smoothly for us when our baby was born. Having David take care of my divorce was the right choice. He had done it for years, nothing surprised him, and I appreciated the peace that came with his calm and steady attitude. I needed someone just like that, without feeding into my fears and anxiety. He stayed on track, and helped me get to a place where I am better off financially and emotionally. I am glad he was my attorney through the hardest two years of my life. Also, Alyssa is a great paralegal who was super awesome and patient typing up my mile-long affidavit. She was quick and made sure she got everything correct.

I first had the pleasure to work with David about 10 yrs ago with my divorce. Everything went smoothly with me getting full custody of my children and child support. Fast forward to about a year ago I contacted David once more to help me with arrears. After a couple bumps in the litigation and David doing an awesome job we won and I got everything I asked for. Mr. Pedrazas is a professional and he knows what he is doing. He helped my partner with custody of his daughter. It was a long, sad, brutal trial but David was so incredible and we had the most amazing outcome. He is very dedicated to his work. He is upfront and honest. He was the best decision we ever made.

When we started looking for an attorney to help us with our adoption we had no idea the mess it would turn into due to circumstances beyond our control. To put it lightly it became a circus. that being said we are so happy we had Derek on our side. He explained everything very clearly and even helped us to calm down a couple times and keep a level head during this circus of an adoption. We are greatful for all the work Derek and Pam did on our behalf.
