It's taken me awhile to write this review but David helped me last year to terminate my ex husband's parental rights. It was a difficult case, although we had a strong cause, and I respected David for his honesty and consistent help with the case. He was very knowledgeable which helped when things went to trial. I just appreciate how he handled everything and helped me put away some of the darkest times of my life! My son is safe in a loving home with my now fiancee who will adopt him as his own thanks to this. If you want someone to give you an honest, skilled representation you'd be making a good choice!

David Pedrazas was very helpful when I went into his office for a consultation last week. He was very patient and understanding with all of the questions and concerns I had. He was very honest and gave me advise on some measures I can take before spending a bunch of money by taking my situation to court. He clearly cares more about his clients and helping them solve their problems more than taking their money. I would definitely go to him again if needed. I have known David since March 2000. I wanted to find a reasonable, knowledgeable lawyer who would help me win my case. Not only was David reasonable and made good value of my retainer, he was very compassionate of my situation. Being a (new) single mom with so many questions, he took the time to explain everything to me that I didn't understand. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He is very well respected in the court system. He won and did a fabulous job!! I was so impressed sitting beside him at my hearing. Unfortunately, I had to contact him again in 2015. I didn't even hesitate to call David. He has earned my trust. I wouldn't call anyone else. He met with me (without charging me) and explained everything to me so I understood. I did a lot of research before choosing David to represent me in my child custody battle and it paid off. He got me everything I asked for and more, he is atrue professional and made me feel good about choosing the best attorney for my situation. David is an awesome attorney. My Private Investigator recommended him to me. I wish I had him at the beginning of my High Conflict Divorce/Custody battle because I feel that he would've done A LOT better job representing me than my previous attorney did. That being said, when I decided to find new counsel, I had a huge mess left and was in the middle of a nasty custody dispute and needed a letter sent that same day. David got right to work on my case, worked late into a Friday night and got everything sent in time. He has been very aggressive in representing me and I have been very happy with the results thus far. He won't "sugar coat" or "tell you what you want to hear" with what is happening in the case and is very straight forward and realistic with what he thinks can and cannot be done; with not only me but everyone involved in the case. He is very prompt at returning phone calls, emails and filing everything that needs to be filed. He is very dedicated and will work late hours to get the job done. I have received phone calls from him late evenings regarding my case. He also doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing he does which is nice. I recommend David to anyone that is going through a divorce/custody battle, especially if it's high conflict. You will be well represented.
