Devin Quackenbush gave me more value in my free consultation than any other lawyer I've ever spoken with. Other lawyers speak with you for 5 minutes and then try to get you to commit or get off the phone because "time is money". Devin is the opposite. He took his time in the consultation to go over specifics to empower me with my options, and he didn't try to rush me or pressure me at all like other lawyers. Devin continued his excellence after I hired him, and his advice and counsel has been extremely valuable. He always returns my calls and emails in a timely manner. I recommend Devin Quackenbush 100%. I love Devin and his team. Years ago I was involved in a separation with my girlfriend. A child was involved so things were not very easy or pleasant. From the onset, Devin addressed all of my fears and stresses, including obtaining a restraining order against my ex who was chronically abusive both over the phone and txt. He was able to get me more custody than I EVER thought I would get, especially in Utah. He's a bulldog. If you want someone who's fierce but tactful, you'll want Devin in your corner.

Mr. Quackenbush exhibited compassion for my situation. He is an excellent listener / communicator and is amazingly prepared for depositions, court, and interactions with opposing council. He exhibits respect toward everyone. His creativity and perseverance is extremely high and appreciated. It has been portrayed in movies that "better" attorneys are able to represent their clients to a higher level and create positive outcomes for them. I believe Mr. Quackenbush to be one of the "better" attorneys. He noticeably outperformed and frankly out classed the opposing council. I highly recommend Mr. Quackenbush for legal matters.
