I had a terrible experience with this firm. I paid the full retainer and Rand totally dropped the ball. He was very difficult to get ahold of. He acted like he was listening but in the end he didn't even listen to my concerns. He waited until literally the last second to submit my paperwork making me stress the whole time. When he did submit it, it was just a generic document that didn't even pertain to our conversation. I tried to get my kids and I away from an abusive husband and Rand took every penny I had and did nothing to help. He only caused grief and left me no choice. I had nothing left and had to wait a full year to earn enough to start the process all over. Rand really set me back by failing to follow through, and my kids and I now have a harder time because of it. I would never recommend a firm that leaves a woman and her kids in a bad situation, uses up the entire retainer and does nothing!

Rand Lunsford worked diligently on my case. He took the time to explain all preceedings and was very good at formulating a winning strategy for my case. You can count on him for a successful outcome.

Rand Lunceford recently helped me with my divorce. He was very compassionate and helped me realize that I deserved more out of my 14 year marriage, especially since there are children involved. From the first day of meeting him and thinking what I was doing was wrong till the last day, with him giving me the knowledge that what I was doing was right, not only for me but for my children as well. I did not realize the weight that I was carrying on my shoulders, until talking with him, and the relief that I have now that everything at an end. Rand was very prompt at getting back with me, no matter how silly my questions and concerns seemed to be. I would recommend Rand Lunceford to any of my family or friends for any family legal issues. I can't recommend Kris and his firm enough!! If you want results, get Kris!! I don’t know what I would have done without his counsel through my divorce. My ex told me I wasn’t entitled to anything we had accumulated through our 13 year marriage and I didn’t work so I was so scared and nervous about my future and what I was going to do but having Kris eliminated all of those fears as concerns because I saw how he and his team worked so hard and tirelessly for me and case; I knew I was in great hands. Kris is honest and upfront with advice and expectations, GREAT with communication, good listener, thorough, detail-oriented, hardworking, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly organized, considerate, (compassionate towards me and brutal towards my ex haha), and so much more! He would return my phone calls, texts and emails right away or at least in the same day and was always honest with his advice on what I could expect and where I stood throughout my divorce process. He always took time to listen to all of my concerns, desires and goals with my divorce and answered any questions I had very matter-of-factly, truthfully and completely and let me know all of my options and what the aftermath of those options might look like. I always felt heard and knew he had my best interest in mind and was committed in helping me fight for and achieving the best possible outcome. I could not have been more pleased with how events in my divorce transpired; my ex hates my guts so that definitely reaffirmed the fact that I had the best lawyer out there! I highly highly highly recommend Kris for any of your legal needs. Not only is he great but his staff is amazing as well. Everyone in his office is so kind and they all work so hard to ensure the success of the cases they have. Hey, I knew I had the right lawyer when we showed up for our temporary orders hearing and Kris had a Knight chess piece pin on his jacket; he and his team are highly skilled at what they do! My name is Joseph Pratt. Clarissa West is the attorney I would want if I ever needed one. She covered every base I could think of in her defense of my daughter going through a custody battle. A better job could not have been done. It was the best. She really showed how lazy the opposition advocate was and buried him in legitimate legal points. The rule states "Every defense," but after she was done, there was literally nothing left to dispute. People are always complaining about attorney's and what they charge, but as a paralegal I know it would be very difficult to overpay this attorney. Frankly I was very envious of her work.
