Imagine this. My wife and I got a call from our son saying that he was in jail in Utah, and had been arrested on charges of a DUI, drug possession, drug paraphernalia, and obstruction of justice. And we live in Idaho! I didn’t know what to do, so I got a hold of Kris and his legal team. I can’t tell you how hard he fought for our son. Kris reviewed all of the evidence and the charges, and built a case to defend our son. Bottom line, the drug possession and obstruction of justice charges were dropped. The DUI was reduced to a “Driving with a Detectable Limit”, and the drug paraphernalia charge will be dismissed in 6 months if our son does not get into any trouble. The prosecutor wanted 12 months probation with drug testing, and Kris got them to drop this entirely. Our son would have been entangled in the Legal System for years over this, but with Kris’s help, he has a new lease on life! Kris returns every phone call, and he makes you feel like you are his only client. I have never seen an Attorney who works so hard and has so much integrity. You would be crazy to pick another Attorney other than Kris.

Kris took care of my divorce in a timely and cost effective manner. Prices were reasonable for the area. He educated me on the divorce process and never offered false hope. He was able to get me the best settlement and keep me out of court.
