I worked with Chris Allred and spent several hours of my time having taken time off work in order to meet with him period we ironed out a plan, and after considering my options I called him left him multiple messages telling him I wanted to move forward with the plan, but he didn't contact the court by the deadline, so they give me the stiffest possible penalty. And then mr. Allred denied any responsibility, trying to claim that he didn't get my messages although he had returned one of them and assured me that he could take care of everything, so there's no way that that's true.
