Aaron, Janet and Brianna where all great to work with ! All questions I had they answered in a timely manner , they made sure I understood everything and worked with me to get my bankruptcy filed !

Aaron and his staff, especially the Paralegal Janet, have been nothing but incredible. First rate attention to me the second I walked in the door and is still ongoing. If you want it done right the first time, I highly recommend Utah Bankruptcy Clinic.

My experience with Utah bankruptcy clinic has been awesome! Michelle, Janet and Aaron are an amazing team. I was so stressed before filing I could barely function and it was effecting my job. I had to file for Chapter 13 due to health issues and bill collectors were calling my work all the time. Aaron & Michelle were very supportive and understanding. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They always answer my calls and emails in a timely fashion. There is no better team to assist you with bankruptcy. Even three years after my bankruptcy was filed, when I called them needing help to obtain a new vehicle they took care of it immediately. I recommend them to everyone who needs assistance in getting their financial situation and life back in order, they are the best!

Poor excuse for a bankruptcy attorney. I was 2 1/2 years into my Chapter 13 and I needed a couple of months off my Chapter 13 payments due to an emergency and contacted Aaron to help me with a moratorium. He told me there was nothing that could be done, I'd just have to let my Chapter 13 dismiss and start over. Which is exactly what ended up happening because he did NOTHING to help me. I found out later from my new attorney that there was not only 1 other option but several things he could have done but chose not to. As a result of his incompetence I had to start completely over from scratch with a new Chapter 13 and four more years of my life sucked away with this nightmare...

Utah Bankruptcy Clinic helped us through our bankruptcy by giving us the information needed to make the decision that was right for us. They helped the process go smoothly, and made it as least stressful as possible. Bankruptcy sucks, and we have all made some bad decisions to get us there, or maybe life just dealt you a crappy hand, but the staff at the bankruptcy clinic has been great! They have helped us with any issues we have encountered during our chapter 13. I recommend using them, or at least talking to them to see what's best for your situation.

My experience with Micheal has been very professional and pleasant. She has made this whole bankruptcy process very nice and understanding, like when I ask questions,she has the answers that I'm searching for and she also has the decency of calling you back if she's either on the phone or with another client.

Overall, they know how to get stuff done, and they get it done fast. It wasn't very stressful for me because I had gone through it before, but my wife was pretty stressed out through the process, but that's understandable. It was a disappointing that I had to pay again to refile my case after the wrong credit counseling certificate was submitted, but it wasn't too heartbreaking. They did set up a payment plan with the court to re-pay over time, but we ended up deciding to pay it all at once. We appreciate that you set up the payment plan, though. The staff have been very friendly, especially Michele, Brianna, and Aaron. They are the ones I stayed in contact with. Michele is such a nice and helpful person, she even called my wife to help her not stress out. Thanks for everything!!!
