If you need a legal teammate(s) to help navigate the tremendous difficulties of divorce and its exceedingly difficult consequences, and desire a legal team that cares about their customer and deliver results, then the BEST legal team in Utah is Tim (and Nikki). After dealing with two other lawyers in Utah that only cared about their fees, and after carefully reviewing their positive Google reviews, I hired Tim to represent my interests. Their expert legal advice, professionalism, and empathy is truly outstanding. For me, the trauma of divorce was more devastating than my toughest days personally defending our Nation overseas after 9/11. I had no one in my corner until I hired Tim and it's the best decision I made in my life (other than serving our country). He's earned not only my respect, but my eternal gratitude for his professionalism, competence, and caring. 5 Google stars all the way!!

I went into this divorce process very nervous and unsure, but I was quickly put at ease after meeting with Ryan. I went in the goal of 50/50 custody, everything else was secondary (though still important). After mediation I was ready to compromise a little bit on the 50/50 just to get things over with, but Ryan wouldn't let me, because he knew how important it was to me when I first came in. I'm still so grateful for this, that he kept my goals his priority. In the end, I did get 50/50 and price of the entire process was very fair. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need.

Melissa is a top tier attorney and I highly recommend her. She is organized and professional. I was particularly impressed with her clam demeanor, command over the opposing attorney and strategic thinking ability during negotiations. At some point you are going to mediation or going in front of a judge and that is where Melissa separates herself from other attorneys I have worked with. She is someone you want on your side.
