We were in an accident in a parking lot. A guy ran a stop sign and smashed our car. The car could not be driven. The driver's insurance company refused to fix my car. After avoiding all of my calls and not taking responsibility for the car repair, and body shop storage , and rental car. We contacted Chad , and him and Heidi were on it , It took another 40 days get it all taken care of , but they were on it everyday, they always returned our calls when we had questions . Chad was very persuasive, when he gave them an ultimatum to take care of all the expenses by a specific date or he would file a complaint against them in court for any and all damages, they got right on it and sent us a check on that date. They continued to follow-up on the car rental payment and everything was paid. I don't think we would have ever gotten a penny out of that mans' insurance company because they insisted that both drivers were equally responsible. We are very grateful to Chad and Heidi. They were a pleasure to work with. I have recommend Chad and his team to friends and would totally call them again if I need an attorney. Thank you so much!!

Chad's staff was professional and efficient and answered the phone promptly every time I called. He previously had done a case for us pro-bono and was recently chosen Utah's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. He is a really good guy. Chad doesn't mince words and some people take that as rudeness but he was never rude to us or those involved in our case, even on the other side. He is very professional. He knows the law and is so knowledgable and helpful. He gave us confidence that we could win our personal injury case and when we settle for full amounts against their three insurance companies we were so glad we used him again. We will use him every time.

I have been working with Chad for the last year on a nasty custody battle. His staff, specifically Heidi, is great to respond to my questions or concerns quickly. Chad is very direct and to the point, which at times, made me feel as though he wasn't listening or hearing my concerns. However, this was welcomed in the court setting and with the other party's attorney, mediator and evaluator. Hopefully I won't have to go through non-sense like this again, but if I do, I'd definitely use Chad.

Horrible excuse for a "attorney". He and his team are extremely dodgy. When you try to call back, "no one is there", and they never return a call. Would recommend anyone and everyone stay away from him.

Chad and his paralegal team, especially Brandy, were great. They helped us through a very difficult time and made it easier and less stressful. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Chad was very "to the point" and doesn't beat around the issue at hand. Which, is exactly how an attorney should be. We will continue utilizing his services for our current and future cases.

Complete scum. Never before have I met such a rude and unprofessional attorney. Neither me nor anyone I know will ever go to him in our lifetimes.

At first I thought he was really good until a week after my court date I got a letter in my mail saying my license was suspended whik chad never seemed to mention that would happen if I pleaded guilty.

We went in for a consultation. I could tell from the beginning this was not the right attorney. He kept yawning and not paying attention. He acted very irritated. Then to put the icing on the cake before we left he asked if we had read the Book of Mormon. Then he explained he had 2 sons serving a missions. This is what I got for $100.00.

Jonathan is an outstanding person and provides excellent and affordable service. He gets 100% of my legal business. I own many investment properties in the Ogden area. To this day, we have won every lawsuit.
