We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and the Attorney. They were assigned to perform an evaluation for a civil court case involving custody. Supposedly a "Special Master" looking out for the kids rights. Far from any level of competence was exhibited. The report was delayed and extended and in the end did absolutely nothing other than add time and extensive costs all around. So, we were more than double billed from them what was quoted and necessary to provide a worthless report which we then had to pay our Real attorney to review, review with the Judge and then pretty much throw away as it did no good for anything with the case. They refused to work with us at all on billing a reasonable amount for services that we should have honestly billed them for because of the costs incurred through our attorney. They did however allow us to make payments without interest so that I guess warrants a star. We did in the end pay the entire balance overcharged. My advice, which sadly is extensive from a crazy civil side of extended litigation due to choices not my own in a seriously broken system, is to stay far away from this firm.
