Atty Holbrook never guaranteed me anything after the consult, He said he would shoot for a plea of Disorderly Conduct. I hired him to represent me because I knew I was innocent, and I got the feeling he was the only one who believed my side. He met with the Prosecutor in Clinton. (Davis County) for approx 20-30 minutes on the day of my hearing. I was not present so I don't know what was said. After he exited he came up to me and told me he got the case DISMISSED !! I am 101% i hired the right Atty

He was very good attorney for me and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help. I really appreciate him and all his work. I don't have the words to say thank you the way he deserves but if I ever need an attorney again I know who I will choose. Thank you Zachary.

Mr. Holbrook is an adamant professional. Successful defense of my case was crucial. Not only was it critical to avoid a potential prison sentence, but to expose the baseless nature of the criminal charges to keep in good standing with my employment as a Federal Employee. Because he correctly identified the idiosyncrasies of how even facing the charge filed against me would affect my employment, he cleared my name in the process of defending my case. Zachary Holbrook took time to listen to me and my concerns and sincerely offered advice and potential solutions to alleviate the extremely stressful time my family and I were going through. His situational awareness was always upfront and straight forward. Never did I feel like he was making things out in a way to give false hope. I felt he honestly stayed actively involved on a personal level with my case. Successful defense of my case was as important to him as it was to me and my family. I walked away from my case a free man. I know I chose an honest and knowledgeable attorney. Successfully defending my case was obviously his primary objective, not monetary gain. Being a good husband and father and provider is paramount to me. He kept me in good standing as a Federal Employee and maintained my opportunity to be all those things.

Zach is awesome. I was facing some serious charges that i was not guilty of. I had never been in any trouble before and i didnt know what to do. I started looking for lawyers online and comparing. I read reviews and the one that popped out looking better than the rest was Zach. So i called him. We met up and discussed my case. I was facing 3 different class A misdemeanors and up to 3 years in jail. I could have also lost my rights to own guns. Zach told me not to worry and just show up to court. He took care of everything and i just had to show up. Zach went with me to my court date at the Roy Justice court in Weber county. Zach got me the best deal possible. Even the judge told me I was lucky to get that good of a deal. I eneded up walking away with one class C misdemeanor for disorderly conduct, I had to pay a $300 fine and that was it. No jail time, no crazy criminal record, I got to keep my guns and more importantly my freedom. I couldnt have had a better experience or a better attorney. Zach is a badass. If I ever need an attorney for anything ever again, I know who im going to call.

I highly recommend attorney Zachary Holbrook. He is knowledgeable and very responsive. He is honest, provides detailed information, and lays out several options including pros and cons. You know that he is on your side and will do whatever it takes to help your case. He exudes an attitude of professionalism and positivity. As I do not live in the same city as Mr. Holbrook, we were able to conduct almost all of our business via phone calls, text, and email which made the situation very convenient. This method of communication would only work with an attorney who is responsive and willing to answer all questions in a timely manner.
