Zach is a great attorney that really sits down with you and discusses your case thoroughly to figure the best available solutions. I had a case with the Davis County Court that had two misdeamenors. A class A and class B. He was able to get the class A down to a B by working out deals that work best with the prosecutor. Having him as an attorney really helped me out in the long run. Definitely recommend him for any situations you’re in.

Zachary and his assistant are both very helpful! They answer your questions speedily and listen to your concerns. Zachary doesn’t guarantee any specific results for your trial up front but he does promise to work hard for you and give you the help that is needed. He is honest and gives you a realistic expectation for what to expect good or bad. Mr. Holbrook was able to help me in a case at Ogden city and Weber county with a misdemeanor charge. i was the designated driver for my friends, as i was parked in a lot a cop came over and noticed the girls wee drunk in the back and proceeded to see that they were also underage. we had an open container, instead of charging the girls he only charged me and let the four other girls off with a warning. he got charged dismissed and a lea in advance. i would recommend him to anyone!
