Kris Kaufman is truly an elite lawyer. When he took over my case which was centered around a non compete and non solicitation agreement, I was under a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction. Within a few days, Kris helped negotiate an end the TRO which got me back to work. Afterwards, Kris was able to fully resolve the lawsuit in less than a month with very favorable conditions for myself. What makes Kris such a good lawyer, is not only his knowledge of the law, but his ability to deal with other lawyers truly sets him apart. Thanks for all the hard work on my case.

I hired Tyson Stokes to assist me in a parent time battle gone bad. In the battle, I had initially attempted to represent myself but thought better of it once the other party's attorney started devastating my efforts. My goal was to hire an absolutely ferocious expert at family law - hiring Tyson got me something better - ferocious knowledge with two a calculated case approach. That said, it didn't take long for Tyson to exceed my expectations of him, and more importantly the extreme expectations I had of his law firm. I was able to put my unwavering confidence in Tyson after reading his very first argument to the court on my behalf. His outstanding writing and clarity was present from day one and throughout my entire case. Tyson doesn't have to waive his arms to make his ingenious arguments heard. Instead, he simply writes and presents them with respect, charisma, and unmet clarity. He doesn't need to muddy the water to win an argument or a debate. I believe Tyson is a remarkable attorney based on his ability to be realistic, advise on 'good' vs 'bad' approaches and ideas, sort and prioritize case strategies with their likely outcomes, his aptitude for applying clever case law and constitutional law to family law, and his unmet ability to take the sophisticated road in writing and presenting indisputable arguments. I switched to Kaufman, Nichols, & Kaufman's, Ben Larsen, part way through my divorce because my prior attorney was not aggressively representing me. Ben immediately began pursuing any and all avenues in order to achieve the best possible outcome for me. I absolutely made the right decision when I switched to have Ben represent me! My mom hired Ben Larsen for her divorce case and we couldn’t have asked for a better attorney! My mom told me many times how grateful she was for his team’s work in her case and their willingness to help her through this difficult process.
