I had a very contentious divorce where the property division was complicated and could not be agreed upon by either side. I did all I could to settle my case to avoid leaving the property division up to the judge, but my ex was not satisfied with any offers I made. On the day of court I found out I made the right decision on the attorney I hired. He was able to cite other cases to support my position. He made good objections and good arguments. I definitely felt like I had the best attorney in the room. It seemed like he put in the time preparing for my case. In the end the judge ruled heavily in my favor. It went better than I ever thought it would. I would recommend Peter to someone in need of a good attorney. He is very personable and smart.
