Burton Family Attorneys helped change my life and my kids' lives for the better. My children are now safe and sound thanks in a large part to Peter Bracken and Burton Family Attorneys. How does one thank a person or a firm for assisting in such a way? I certainly don't have the words. What I can say is if you're entering into a difficult divorce and feel you need an attorney, Peter Bracken and Monica Short, his Paralegal, are who you want standing next to you. I always felt comfortable in their office and they worked with me to be able to afford their services, which were worth every penny. They handled my case expertly and I never felt judged for my circumstances, only that they truly wanted to help me. You will not regret hiring Burton Family Attorneys.

I've had nothing but good experiences in dealing with this company. Everyone was friendly and willing to explain my rights and they were there for when my ex began to violate our decree excessively. They handled my divorce decree, custody agreement, and follow up services.

Brittany Moffit and her team totally kicked butt for my custody case! It was a mess, there wasn't anything in place, and I didn't know where to start. I dont think it could have gone any better. It wasnt quick or easy but Brittany and her paralegals were on top of it when the ball was in our court. They are very knowledgeable and gave the advice I needed. Very impressed with the final outcome.

I'm sorry to post a negative review, but I'm disappointed. I was excited to get a referral to this law office and after looking at the website and reading a few bios I felt hope and was excited to call. When I called they informed me that none of their attorneys would be willing to speak with me even for a few minutes without paying $50. To me this is poor business practice, because this isn't my first time around the attorney block. I KNOW how important it is to feel some chemistry between you and your attorney. And I want to feel that before I'm just going to go throw $50 at something. I'm not asking for an hour or any legal advice, Just a few minutes... I understand that attorneys are worth a lot of money, but I've spoken to some amazing attorneys (one in particular who had been practicing for 40 years and spent twenty minutes on the phone with me, but was sad to say his schedule was too full right now with a trial he was involved in.) as I've been searching, and even they are willing to spend a few minutes on the phone.... That's too bad. One of these attorneys could've potentially made some good money from my case, if they would've been willing to "work" for "free" for a couple minutes. :(

Brittany Moffit has been great to work with over this last year! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. Her paralegal, Amber, communicates with me frequently and does a great job in responding whenever i have any questions or concerns. They both keep me in the loop about where we are at in the process and what they're working on. When it comes to my custody case, I am confident with my choice in legal representation!
