How I came to choose The Advocates to represent me. I was rear-ended on I-15 going to work in the morning commute. Traffic had come to a stop except for the SUV that was quickly approaching my vehicle. My life as I knew it was altered in an instant. I suffered a TBI and painful bruising in my ribcage from the seat belt. (Thank goodness I'm in the habit of wearing my seatbelt). Being that it was 100% not my fault I filed an insurance claim with the intent to straighten out this mess and get on with my life. I kept hearing from family and friends that I should get a lawyer and this was so unfair to me. They know that I worked hard to pay my car off and keeped it in top condition. I just got new tires and a tune-up. I have an unblemished driving record and have earned a lower insurance premium. "WHO CARES" . The advocates that's who. STOP! Nope this is not an advertising story. While riding along with a friend,we stopped by her therapist office for heat rub cream. I asked curiously what would be good to put on my painful sore ribs. As I was purchasing the product, I glanced to the end of the counter and noticed a stack of business cards with the name Chris thresher from The Advocates. Instantly I thought to myself I need to call. BEST CALL I EVER MADE. I was definitely feeling confused and ignored until that evening Cameron, (representative for chris) came to my home and got the details they needed to take over this case while I was tending to my injuries. Yep my car was totaled, I lost my job, my health was permanently altered. As much as I would not wish that anyone ever have to experience anything like this, I would 100% recommend that they do not hesitate to call chris Thresher and the wonderful Representatives at The Advocates.

Doug was wonderful during a very stressful time for my family. He answered questions and helped my daughter get the care she needed after being hit by a car. Couldn’t have made it through the experience without him. I only wished I would’ve called him sooner!

My experience with the The Advocates has been limited to only one of their Attorney's At Law: Christopher Thresher. An "Advocate" is a perfect description of Christopher. He is optimistic, intelligent, and possess integrity to the highest degree!

Chris Thresher is my attorney. I went to him after having trouble with another attorney at a different firm. In my first meeting with Chris, he asked more questions and gave me more advice/answers on my case than my previous attorney did in the 4 months I was with them. Chris actually understands different injuries, treatments and the symptoms that come with them. He was able to recommend many different doctors for me, and was sure to stay on top of things and not let anything fall through the cracks. Thanks to Chris staying on top of things and understanding how much pain I was in, I was finally able to discover what my injury really is. He has kept me up to date on all of the steps of my case, and even remembers things about my personal life that don't even pertain to my case. I love how personable he is and that how he treats his clients like family. I give Chris and his staff 5 stars for sure!

Dave and his team were so great working with my case, there were some hurdles to get over and work through and they did great and made it effortless for me and they were there whenever I had questions to help me out
