Very knowlegable. Helped me with my specific problem and did it in a very quick manner which I really appreciated.

After receiving our retainer, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of our lawyer or paralegal. After 5 months nothing had changed with our case. After closing it, it took almost a month to get the remainder of our retainer back. Very frustrating to feel like your case is unimportant to the firm representing you.

My first ever interaction with this law firm I was belittled and hung up on. There is no circumstance I can think of, besides making threats or swearing or yelling, none of which I did, that would warrant being treated in such an unprofessional manner. I called back to speak with the receptionist, giving my name first, and she did not let me talk and told me I would get the same treatment from her, and she also hung up on me. In full disclosure they had been assisting my husband in matters previously, before I called and he said they were being discourteous to him, that is why I called. Ridiculous........ Unprofessional.... Belittling.....

We consulted with Mr. Nickle when faced with a complex situation of guardianship of minor with an intellectual disability reaching the age of adult, on short notice, while in residential treatment in Utah, who resided in Texas. While I was in Texas with our local attorney, Mr. Nickle collaborated, and clearly demonstrated his intimate knowledge of the law, along with familiarity with interstate needs, to put in place stop gap measures that eventually led to permanent guardianship that will be honored in Texas. He did exactly what we needed him to do in a way the law required it to be done. His staff was professional, responsive and provided EXCELLENT in their support from behind the scenes. Overall a great experience using this firm. I highly recommend Scott and his team for guardianship services in Utah.
