Well we loosen my case but there's a nice person that's a nice people

I have been working with cassi at Lowe Law Group for the past few weeks. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. She continues to keep me in the loop as far as my claim is concerned.

LLG is pretty great ! I was assisted by a Ms. Camille Crane, and she was awesome ! She was very professional, all while having an open and approachable demeanor. I had come into a stressful situation I had not faced before, and Camille was patient enough to answer all the questions I had and to walk me through processes I was unfamiliar with. She presented me with all the options at my disposal, and I was able to come out on top of the situation. 😎 Very nice woman. Very grateful for her help and really lucky to have had it.

Hannah and the whole team were fantastic throughout the entire process. I would like to especially point out that both Hannah and Devon performed exceptionally. They have great communication and kept me informed as to every step. They met all my expectations and then some. I would be so honored to now call them friends. I have to say LLG hands down was the BEST law firm I dealt with when it comes to handling my case. Stephen Redd hands down fought and fought for me! We had so many hold ups , 5 adjusters, dismissed from the other insurance company several times, adjusters playing cat and mouse yet Steve made sure he stayed on there heels to get this handled. There were times we were frustrated with each other attorney and client well I would say I was frustrated couldn't understand why it took sooo long, why we had to keep fighting with 5 different adjusters, why they made it SOOOO difficult to settle my case etc. Steve was absolutely professional(even when I was hard to deal with), personable, communicative, and he even fought with them to make sure I got what I deserved. Even more than expected Coming from someone who struggles financially this was a long, hard, frustrating ordeal but Steve went to bat for me and made it worth the long 3 yr wait!( This was due to the oher insurance causing hassle) The fees they took out for their portion was acceptable and appropriate. Steve I can't thank you enough and appreciate you soooo much you are great at your job! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm and their lawyers that represent them. I was rear ended by an inattentive driver and the insurance company offered a very low amount. I contacted the Lowe Law Group and they have very good attorneys, answered all my questions and got better results than was offered and quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend them.

They worked very hard and tirelessly answered my questions and concerns and fears they kept me up to date throughout the whole process and never once left me feeling neglected or out of the loop if you can ask for Hannah she is amazing!!!
