The receptionist is supper rude. He doesn’t introduce the office, his name and greeting, like I called a random guy from Africa and he had no idea how to present the service

From start to finish my family and I experienced nothing but a capable and friendly staff. The attorney himself demonstrated why he’s one of the best in the state: In our case, he was from the beginning be honest about what to expect and potential outcomes were all discussed. He and is amazing staff then prepared an excellent case and helped us win our immigration petition. Really unorganized every time I arrive I have to wait outside the office. Staff is always giving the runaround. Customers Time is very valuable, Apparently not to this staff. Especially if you live in another city and your drive is always an 1hour or more.

German Flores has done more for immigration in the state of Utah than any other immigration attorney - this is what another immigration attorney in Utah told us when we were trying to find a lawyer, and we can now confirm this to be true. Our case to adjust my husband's status as a permanent resident was very complicated. We were denied 7 years ago with our first attorney, but a few years later after learning that German helped our other family members with their cases successfully, we hired him, even though we had moved out of state. We paid to fly him to the east coast because we were so confident in his abilities. The case was still complicated and took nearly 2 years and a lot of fighting to finally be approved, but German is a man of conviction and is an overall brilliant attorney.

Mr. Flores is very professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He truly cares for his clients and is very passionate about what he does. He is dedicated and diligent at his work. I recommend his services to anyone in need of an attorney.
