Dana is as good as they get. He's practical and thorough, and he does a great job at helping simplify the process. He'll help you understand current steps needing to be taken, as well as common challenges you may face further down the road. Highly recommend.

Dana came highly recommended from those I trust and he has proven himself worthy of that recommendation. He is knowledgeable on a variety of legal matters which has helped my family when the need calls for it.
He is also better than average when it comes to communication and availability. Something I feel is vital irregardless of the legal subject - nobody likes to feel their Counsel is too busy to listen or that your case is too small to warrant adequate attention.
Dana is attentive to details and great to work with.

Steve was paid in advance to change a family partnership into an LLC and for years, we still haven’t seen any results. It’s unfortunate that a “professional” has such a low standard of service, not to mention ineptitude. I would suggest anyone looking, to continue to do so elsewhere.

He has held onto money that was left to us for school for over 5 years. Every time we would call (to try to get our money) he would charge us a fee from that account. I have not been happy on how things have been handled and taking advantage of a situation to get as much $ as he can from us.
