Very friendly and understanding attorney, I went in to talk to him and he gave me better alternatives that didn't require his help, that was a great surprise! didn't change me for the consolation either! that was awesome! and then gave me a wealth of information! Told me if I still needed him he would help me. Over the years I've had to deal with several attorneys for various reasons, but by far he is the only one I think who is honest and there for you and not himself. He's a great guy! 😄

Very professional. I personally worked with Doug and he is great. He doesn't make you feel like a number like most places do. I've had a great experience so far. I would highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable too.

Doug wanted "a couple hundred dollars" just to tell me if I had a case or not, would not take a few minutes just to tell me over the phone if he thought it was worth my and his time. "You sell product, I sell time," he said. He never offered a free consult, because if he did I would have happily taken it, that is exactly why I called. But as soon as I wasn't willing to pay him for his free consult, he ended the conversation very quickly. You guys may want to, in the future, make the customer feel more important than the dollars they'll pay you.
